Liberty Moving is published by LibertyMovement.org, a division of Cazenovia Books, Buffalo, New York ("we"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

A beta, for information

The site is in beta. The scores, ranks and descriptions are computed from public statistics by a method described on the methodology page. They are opinions about data, offered for information and discussion. They are not legal, financial, tax, health or real-estate advice, and they are not a recommendation to move anywhere. Check anything that matters to you against the primary source before you act on it.

Accuracy

We correct errors when we find them and when you report them, and the ranks can change as a result. We do not promise that the site is accurate, complete or current, and we do not accept liability for decisions made on it.

Using the site and its data

You may read, link to and quote the site for personal and non-commercial purposes if you name Liberty Moving and link back. The underlying statistics belong to their publishers and carry their own terms; the privacy page lists them. In particular, County Health Rankings data is licensed for non-commercial use only. Do not scrape the site at a rate that interferes with other visitors, and do not present the ranking as your own work.

Agent waiting list

The waiting list on each county page collects an email address so we can tell you when a program to connect visitors with licensed local real-estate agents opens. Joining it creates no obligation on either side, and no agent will contact you until you ask.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
