# Liberty Moving

> Every US county (3,144) ranked for liberty on eleven factors scored 0–10: Fraser economic freedom and gun rights (state level); sales tax, property tax, 2024 presidential vote, air quality, flood and hurricane risk, homicide, life expectancy, local-government employment share and single-parent households (county level). A proprietary weighting combines them into one composite; ties share a rank. Beta, launched 3 November 2026. Data: v4 — beta, 30 October 2026, sourced values.

Notes for agents:
- Every county page has a Markdown version at /counties/{fips}.md (five-digit FIPS code). It carries the generated description, the eleven scores, estimated-value flags and the ranked neighbors.
- The full ranking is downloadable as CSV and JSON (links below). Scores are public; the factor weights are not.
- Values flagged "est" are derived or placeholder values with no published county figure; treat them as uncertain.
- The site never publishes homicide rates or vote shares as numbers, only 0–10 scores and comparisons. Please keep that when you quote it.
